Preamble

We, the students of the Divine Word College of Laoag, Laoag City, believing in the principles of democracy, both as a way of life and as a form of government, do hereby commit ourselves together, conscious that in so doing, we are exercising our God-given right to associate freely in order to obtain for ourselves a governing body that shall protect and enhance our common welfare and interest, to develop and promote stronger bonds of friendship and associations, to encourage and support all forms of student activities that shall guide us in the pursuit of our legitimate aspirations, do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution.

 

Student's Pledge

In consideration of my admission to Divine Word College of Laoag and of the privileges of a student in this institution, I hereby promise and pledge to abide by and comply with all the rules and regulations contained in the DWCL STUDENT MANUAL which are laid down by competent authority in the Divine Word College of Laoag and in the (Graduate School/ School of Arts, Sciences and Education/ School of Architecture and Engineering/ School of Business and Information Technology/ School of Accountancy and School of Nursing) in which I am enrolled.
